Start planning your dinners. Restaurant Week GR returns Fri, Nov. 6 and runs through Sat, Nov. 14. That’s nine days, because, as the organizers put it, the food wouldn’t fit in seven.

Here’s how it works. Each participating restaurant offers a set menu of at least two courses at one or more price points: $25, $35 or $45. Menus are announced Wed, Oct. 28. To see them, sign up for the digital pass on Experience Grand Rapids’ site. It lives in your phone’s browser, there’s no app to download, and it updates itself on the 28th.

The pass is also how you play along. Check in at three or more participating restaurants and you can pick a prize, such as a Restaurant Week apron, a salt and pepper grinder or a ticket to the International Wine, Beer and Food Festival at DeVos Place (Nov. 20–21). Check in at six or more and you get to choose a second one. You can also use the pass to vote for your favorite spots.

One tip: each restaurant sets its own hours, so check its website or social pages before you head out.
